Survey, Investigation, Conceptualisation, Hydraulic designs, Detailed design of open Aqueduct of length 10.8Km, Design of all temporary structures such as scaffolding, moulds, shuttering schemes and Design of Hydraulically operated moulds for U Girders. The scope also involved design of full span partial Precast U Girders of 20m length and launching the same to a maximum height of 30m from ground level.
The weight of each 20m Partial Precast RCC U Girder which was launched was 175MT. The Maximum height of piers at the deepest portion is 30m from natural ground level.
